Yahoo! TV Widgets Problems
Widget is stuck if the remote control button is pressed.
Press RETURN but-
ton and try again
later.
Normal operation for return previous status of Yahoo! TV Widgets.
Some server response is not fast as you expect.
Check IP Address
setting is OK?
If not, connect Network Cable properly and set IP address from
Network menu and try again or contact Internet service provider.
Press RED or
WIDGETS button on
remote control.
Exits Yahoo! TV Widgets by pressing RED button on your remote
and re-enter by WIDGETS button.
Press NETCAST but-
ton.
Exits Yahoo! TV Widgets by pressing NETCAST button and enter
NETFLIX temporarily, and re-enter Yahoo! Widgets by pressing
NETCAST button and select Yahoo!
If problem still happens for one widget.
Delete that widget with following instruction. Press Yellow button
from Dock, and then press RED button twice to delete that widget.
After deleted, open Widget Gallery and browse to find that widget
and select “Add Widget to My Profile” to install that widget and
then try again.
If problem still happens for all widgets, restore Yahoo! Factory
Setting by pressing NETCAST button and BLUE button on your
remote control, and select “Restore Yahoo! Factory Settings” item
on your TV Screen.

Is Lock Icon on right
side of “Add Widget
to My Profile”?
Need Owner PIN to install. If you forgot Owner PIN, contact Yahoo!

but it never work.
Try to re-start Yahoo! TV Widgets after enter MY MEDIA and exit
from MY MEDIA.
Or Delete it and re-install it.
Flickr - “We could not find
anything to display” mes-
sage displayed
Is connection
unavailable icon
(yellow triangle)
displayed?
If yes, check network settings or contact internet service provider,
or try later.
Did you sign-in
Yahoo! account?
If yes, you need to upload your photos to Flickr site to display
when sign-in Yahoo.
If not, try again later. The Flickr server may be under mainte-
nance, or contact service provider.
