What to do if the LG TV remote doesn't work?

If your LG TV remote isn't working, try these steps: First, ensure the remote is in TV Mode by pressing the MODE key. Point the remote directly at the IR receiver on the TV, and make sure you're close enough and there are no obstructions. Check and replace the batteries, ensuring they are inserted with the correct polarity (+ and -). Dim the room light, as too much light can interfere with the signal. If none of these steps work, you may need a compatible LG Installer Remote; contact your LG representative.
