Step Flow of Inspection
1 Turn the power off (wait until the outdoor device LED is turned off)
2 Remove compressor wires.
3 Measure the voltage as shown in the figure.
4 Check the voltage for being in the range of 0.4~0.6V.
5 Judge IPM Pins for short.
