Auto mode
You can take photos or record videos by selecting a variety of camera
modes and options.

Tap , then tap MODE Auto (

To take a photo, tap . To record a video, tap .
Turn the flash on
or off.
Switch between
front and rear
cameras.
Apply a film filter
effect.
Select a camera
mode.
Change the camera
options.
Open Gallery.
Record videos.
Take photos.
Taking a photo

Select a camera mode and tap the subject to focus the camera on.

Tap to take a photo.
• You can also press the Volume Down or Volume Up key to take
a photo.
• When the screen is turned off or locked, start the camera by
pressing the Volume Down key twice. Tap

Shortcut keys and enable Open Capture+/Camera to use this
feature.
Recording a video

Select a camera mode and tap the subject to focus the camera on.

• To take a photo while recording a video, tap
