2. Failureofthe producttoperformduringpowerfailuresand interruptionsor
inadequateelectricalservice.
3. Damagecausedbyleakyorbrokenwaterpipes,frozenwaterpipes,restricted
drainlines,inadequateorinterruptedwatersupplyor inadequatesupplyof air.
4. Damageresultingfromoperatingthe Productina corrosiveatmosphereor
contrarytotheinstructionsoutlinedintheProductowner'smanual.
5. Damageto the Productcausedby accidents,pestsandvermin,lightning,wind,
fire,floods,oracts of God.
6. Damageresultingfromthemisuse,abuse,improperinstallation,repair,or
maintenanceof theProduct.Improperrepairincludesuseof partsnotapproved
orspecifiedby LGCanada.
7. Damageor productfailurecausedby unauthorizedmodificationor alteration,or
useforotherthanitsintendedpurpose,or resultingfromanywaterleakagedue
to improperinstallation.
8. Damageor Productfailurecausedby incorrectelectricalcurrent,voltage,or
plumbingcodes,commercialorindustrialuse,or useof accessories,
components,orcleaningproductsthatare notapprovedbyLGCanada.
9. Damagecausedby transportationandhandling,includingscratches,dents,
chips,and/orotherdamageto thefinishof yourproduct,unlesssuchdamage
resultsfromdefectsin materialsor workmanshipand isreportedwithinone (1)
weekofdelivery.
10.Damageormissingitemstoanydisplay,openbox,discounted,orrefurbished
Product.
11.Productswithoriginalserialnumbersthat havebeenremoved,altered,orcannot
bereadilydetermined.ModelandSerialnumbers,alongwithoriginalretailsales
receipt,are requiredfor warrantyvalidation.
12.increasesinutilitycostsandadditionalutilityexpenses.
13.Replacementof lightbulbs,filters,or anyconsumableparts.
14.RepairswhenyourProductisusedinotherthan normalandusualhousehold
use(including,withoutlimitation,commercialuse,inofficesorrecreational
facilities)orcontrarytothe instructionsoutlinedinthe Productowner'smanual.
15.Costsassociatedwithremovalofthe Productfromyour homeforrepairs.
16.Theremovalandreinstallationof the Productif itisinstalledinan inaccessible
locationor isnotinstalledinaccordancewithpublishedinstallationinstructions,
includingtheProductowner'sandinstallationmanuals.
17.Shelves,doorbins,drawers,handles,andaccessoriesto theProduct.Also
excludedare partsbesidesthosethatwereoriginallyincludedwiththe Product.
All costs associated with the above excluded circumstances shall be borne by the consumer.
