13-2-4 Ice Ejection Control Function
1. Thisistoejecticefromicemakercubemouldaftericemakingiscompleted.
2. IfHallICsignalisonwithin3.6secondsaftericeejectionmotorrotatesinnormaldirection,itdoesnotproceedice
ejectionbutwaits.Iftheicebucketisfull,iceejectionmotorrotatesinnormaldirectionineveryhourtocheckthe
conditionoficebucket.Iftheicebucketisnotfull,thewatersupplycontrolstartsaftercompletionoficeejectioncontrol.If
theicebucketisfull,iceejectionmotorrotatesinreversedirectionandsopsundericemakingorwaitingconditions.
3. Ificebucketisnotfull,iceejectionstarts.Thecubemouldtiltstothemaximumandiceisseparatedfromthemouldand
ice checking lever raises.
4. Iceejectionmotorstopsfor1secondifHallICsignalchangesfromOFF(low)toON(high)after3.6secondswhenice
ejectionmotorrotatesinnormaldirection.IfthereisnochangeinHallICsignalswithin1minuteaftericeejectionmotor
operates,iceejectionmotorstopsasiceejectionmotororhallICisoutoforder.
5. IficeejectionmotororHallICisabnormal,iceejectionmotorrotatesinnormaldirectiontoexerciseinitialoperation.It
resetstheicemakerificeejectionmotororHallICisnormal.
6. The mould stops for 1 second at maximum tilted conditions.
7. Themouldreturnstohorizontalconditionsasiceejectionmotorrotatesinreversedirection.
8. When the mould becomes horizontal, the cycle starts to repeat:

9. Whenfreezerdoorisopen,iceejectiondon’toperating,andafter1minuteofFreezerdoorclosing,ejectioncontrol
