Check the Fan Motor voltage
Is Fan Motor voltage 11.4~12.6V?
Yes

Check the Fan motor.
Rotate fan using hand.
It feel sticky?
Yes
Change the
Fan motor
Replace
Main PCB
No
Reset the unit and
Input Test1 Mode.
(Push the button 1 time)
