No power problem occurs when you power on the unit.
1-1. Solution
Check and replace IC903 on main board.
1-2. How to troubleshoot (Countermeasure)
1) Check battery is enough or not.
2) Check 3V3 (FB901).
 FB901 is not 3.3 V, replace IC903.
