Dryer maintenance :
1.Check all pipe connections to inspect for gas leakage
twice a year using non-corrosive leak detection fluid.
DO NOT use an open flame to inspect for gas leakage.
2. Check Blower fan noise and vibration twice a year. Clean
carefully the blower fan if there are sticked lints and
other things. Sticked by foreign substances fan can cause
noise, bad drying performance and increase drying time.
3. The lint screen(if so equipped) must be cleaned in
accordance with the manufacturer
s recommended
frequency guidelines.
4. Periodic examination of exhaust systems must be
conducted in accordance with the manufacturer
s
recommended frequency for cleaning the exhaust system.
5. Keep dryer area clear and free from combustible
materials, gasoline and other flammable vapors and
liquids. DO NOT obstruct the flow of combustion and
ventilation air
5. The maximum allowable rigid duct length is 14 ft.and
two 90 º elbows or equivalent.
