SMART DIAGNOSIS function
You can diagnose the washer’s abnormal operation or failure by yourself using a smart phone.
You can also call a customer service center using a regular phone for a fast and convenient diagnosis.

After checking the guide
for SOUND DIAGNOSIS at
the app, go to the RECORD
screen.
Hold the smart phone and bring the micro-
phone part at the bottom of the phone near
the mark of the SMART DIAGNOSIS on the
washer control panel.

Check the diagnosis result
and their actions.
It will show the latest diagnosis result. You
may have a fast consultation from the service
center based on the diagnosis result if you
connect the phone to the [CUSTOMER SER-
VICE CENTER]. (Refer to page 35.)

Press the WATER
TEMPERATURE
button of the washer
for a while to start the
SMART DIAGNOSIS.
The washer will play the SMART DIAGNO-
SIS.
