1. Symptom : No screen or Charging capacity changed.
2. Root-Cause : Compatibility issues due to monitor concept.
3. Guidance
1) Checking the symptom : Ask to customer if they use 2 PCs at the same time,
and check if the screen does not display or charge after rebooting the PC.
2) Customer Guide :
a) Problem can be occur if you connect a PC to each of the Thunderbolt input ports as shown below.
b) The reason why there are the two Thunderbolt input ports is for the Daisy Chain function.
