Registering a voice command
Before using the voice recognition feature, you must register your voice
commands on your device.

Tap Settings General Lock screen & security Voice
Recognition.
• To use this feature, the screen lock must be set with a Knock Code,
Pattern, PIN, or Password.
• When the screen lock is not set, register the data by following the on-
screen instructions. See
Setting a screen lock
for details.

Tap NEXT. Then, confirm the screen lock you have set.

Tap START.

Follow the on-screen instructions to register a voice command.
• Say a voice command 4 times with a clear and loud voice.
• Register the voice command in a quiet place.
• Register a voice command within 2 - 3 words. (e.g. ‘Hi, LG’ or ‘LG
Mobile’)

When the voice command has been registered, tap OK.
Selecting the voice recognition method
You can select how to use the voice recognition.

Recognition.

Unlock the screen according to the specified method.

Tap Voice recognition used to.
• Unlock: Unlock the device via voice command.
• Turn on screen: Turn on the screen via voice command.
