1. Remove the bolts retaining
the weights. (4 per weight)
2. Set the weights aside
where they will not fall and
break or cause injury.
3. Disconnect the wire lead to
the thermistor.
4. Disconnect the wires on
the heating element.
5. Remove the center bolt
securing the ground and
the element.
6. Pull the element out
carefully.
