If the power LED on your LGMedSupply Personal Care Product isn't lighting up, there are a few potential reasons. First, ensure the adapter plug is fully inserted into the socket. If that's not the issue, check that the DC plug of the adapter is correctly connected to the DC receptacle on the device. Finally, make sure you've pressed the ON/OFF button. If not, press it again.
