Why is my new Liberty Garden Tools hose reel leaking at the swivel?

It's normal for a new Liberty Garden hose reel to leak slightly at the swivel until the O-rings are wet and have seated. Applying Teflon/Plumber's Tape on the threads and ensuring fixtures are tightened can resolve this. Also, unscrew the hose attached to the swivel and check that the hose washer is inside the nut. If your swivel is old, the O-rings may be worn; in this case, contact Liberty Garden Products for a new set of O-rings.
