CONTROL OF THE LEVELS:
-Check the level of the fuel and fill with clean
diesel
-Check the level of detergent, do not open the
valve if the container is empty.
-Check oil level in the pump. Top up to correct
level if required using recommended oils only
(see page 7).
CONNECTING TO ELECTRIC SUPPLY
- Check that the electric supply is suitable for
the machine.
- Our machine can start, different request
excep-
ted, at 200V and 380V three phase. They are
always linked at 380V 3 PH, but if you want, you
can start them at 220V 3 phase.
1)Take off the screws from the cover of the elec-
tric clamp of the motor;
2)Move the terminal bands as from drawing on
the rating plate close the cover;
3) Regulate the thermal switch (B on electric) at
the exact value rating as indicated on the
rating plate on the motor (& oppisite)
Link to the wire and put in the plug.
-Turn the switch and check taht the air comes
out of the chimney.
CONNECTING TO WATER AND ELECTRIC
SUPPLIES.
Connect the cleaner to the water mains, using a water
hose that resists up to 10 ATM with con-
nection (ø3/4").
- Check water supply is suff icient: Water pressu-
re must be minimum 2 ATM. Otherwise the pump will-
draw air which will cause cavitation this could da mage
the machine.
- Connect the rubber hose between the machine and
the lance.
