Head lice live for approximately 30 days.and a single
female louse can lay up to 150 eggs in its lifetime.
Eggs (nits) hatch in 7-10 days, this is why it is important
to use the V-Comb daily for two weeks during an active
infestation. Breaking the life cycle is essential to ensure
that any eggs or lice that might have been missed or
new lice that have been transferred can be eliminated
before they reach maturity.
