8. On the left hand grip is the „START/STOP" button and the right-hand handle „+/-
" for convenient speed adjustment.
9. WARNING: Overloading during training can cause serious injury or death. If you
feel nauseous, stop the exercise immediately!
10. If necessary, take out the safety key and the belt stops slowly (at higher speeds, it
may take a few seconds for the belt to stop completely). If the security key is not in
the correct place, „Err" appears on the display. If the safety key is correctly positioned,
„OFF" appears in the display.
11. To stop the treadmill, press „STOP".
PROGRAMS
The speed and time of preset programs are fixed and can not be changed. The set time
of all programs is 30 minutes.
6. Composition and layout
WARNING: Before lifting the surface, the incline of the treadmill must be in the
starting position (ie "0").
Composition:
First turn off the machine and unplug the power cord. Unscrew the fixing screw, then
lift the belt and fold the machine. Remove the locking screw, adjust the position and
fix the machine in the vertical position. Now you can move the machine using the
wheels.
Caution: Make sure the board is ensure before handling the machine. Do not turn on
the machine.
Layout:
Take out the safety screw and put down the machine slowly. Tighten the mounting
screw and connect the machine.
7. Checking V-belt and treadmill settings
If you seem to slip the treadmill, the next steps will determine which part is a release
and needs to tighten, if it's a running belt or a V-belt on the engine.
1. Turn off the main switch off and unplug the power cord (out of the socket). Loosen
the side bolts on the engine guard and take down the cover.
