- moderate use (less than 3 hours a week), lubricate every 5 months,
- medium (4-7 hours a week), lubricate every 2 months,
- frequent use (more than 7 hours a week), lubricate every 14 days.
Also, periodically lubricate the front and rear rollers to maintain their maximum
performance.
10. Cleaning
Before cleaning, be sure the treadmill is disconnected from the socket.
Regularly wipe dust and dirt off the surface of the treadmill with a soft, damp cloth.
After cleaning, dry it.
It is also necessary to continuously remove dust from the engine compartment and
adjacent parts (approximately every 2 months). Unscrew the plastic cover over the
engine and clean by vacuum cleaner (NOT to touch all electrical components), or if you
do not use the vacuum cleaner, use a soft brush and carefully clean everything from
dust. Then put the cover. DO NOT REMEMBER THAT THE TREADMILL HAVE TO BE
DISCONNECTED FROM THE SOURCE OF ELECTRIC POWER at cleaning.
Regularly check all bolts and nuts if are proper tightening.
11. Storage
Store the belt in internal, dry and clean areas. Protect it from direct sunlight and high
temperatures. Do not put anything on the treadmill. Avoid the static electricity that
can interfere with the correct functioning of the meters or even damage it.
In winter store and use the treadmill in rooms with adequate humidity.
