the
Product,

hardware
product, (c) consumables (such as
batteries),

software, even
if
packaged

the
Product
or
embedded
in
the
Product. Refer

your

with
respect
to
its use. UFX® does not
warrant
that
the
operation
of
the
Product will
meet
your

or
requirements

be unintem.ipted

error

LIFX® is
not
responsible
for
damage
arising from failure
to
follow
instructions
relating
to
the Product's use

from
failures resulting
from
inadequate electrical
supply
or
internet access. This
warranty
does not
apply
to
a Product
or
port
of
the
Product
that
hos been altered
or
modified
(e.g.
to
alter
functionality
or
capability)

anyone
who
is not o representative

if
the
Product is inserted

installed in a cosing
not
provided
by
LIFX®. In addition, this Limited Warranty

not
apply
to Defects

damage
caused
by

use
with

(b) occident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake

other
external causes
or
abnormal
conditions; (c)
operating
the
product
outside
the
permitted
or
intended
uses
or
conditions described

LIFX®
or
with
improper
voltage
or
power
supply;

(d)
service
(including
upgrades
and
expansions)
performed
by
anyone
who
is
not
o representative
of
LIFX®. Recovery
and
reinstollotion
of
software programs
and
user
data
ore
not covered
under
this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty
does
not
cover the cost
of
returning the Product to
LIFX®;
this is
your
responsibility.
No LIFX®
reseller,
agent,

employee is authorized

make
any
modification,
extension,

addition

this Limited Warranty.

any
term
is held
to
be
illegal
or
unenforceable, the legality

enforceability
