THESE SCALES ARE INTENDED FOR STATIC WEIGHING
AND MUST NOT BE INCLUDED IN LIFTING GEAR!
• Unpack the scale and remove all the packaging. Hang it on a
stable suspension device that is dimensioned appropriately for the
application (scale capacity + scale net weight + safety margin).
• Make sure that all hooks, loops and shackles are fully intact.
• Pull on the hook a few times.
• If the weight indicator does not show “0”, adjust with the knurled
zeroing device (located on top of the scale).
NOTE:
• The object being weighed must not be designed in such a way that
could cause damage or injury, for example due to the size of the object
making it difficult to hang or detach from the hook of the scale.
• Make sure that the object being weighed can be securely attached to
the hook of the scale so that it cannot come off and cause damage or
injury.
• The device on which the scale is attached must be designed and
dimensioned so that the scale and its load cannot come off and cause
damage or injury.
