Using the Seat Belt Cutter
This feature is intended for
emergency use only.
The Seat Belt Cutter uses a sharp
razor blade that is concealed
within the React™.
If you are NOT in a life-threatening
situation, please call for help
before using the Seat Belt Cutting
feature.
After a SINGLE USE in an
emergency situation, we
recommend that you replace the
product to ensure optimal
performance in another emergency.
1. Hold the React™ firmly with the
Seat Belt Cutter facing inwards
and the sharp edge pointing
downwards.
2. While keeping the seat belt taut,
slide the React™ in a downward
motion to slice through the seat
belt until completely free.
Using the Window Glass Breaker
This feature is intended for
emergency use only.
If you are NOT in a life-threatening
situation, please call for help
before using the Window Glass
Breaker.
The Window Glass Breaker
is designed to break tempered
glass, only. Do NOT attempt to
break a windshield, laminated
glass, or paned glass.
After a SINGLE USE in an
emergency situation, we
recommend that you replace the
product to ensure optimal
performance in another emergency.
1. Grasp the React™ firmly in the
palm of your hand, and as far
away from the Glass Breaking Tip
as possible.
2. In one swift movement, strike
the window straight-on
at full force with the
Glass Breaking Tip.

By using the React™ 7-In-1 Multi-Tool,
you hereby agree that Limitless Inno-
vations, Inc., an Illinois corporation and
its aliates (“Limitless”) shall have no
liability for any losses associated with
property damage, personal injury or
loss of life that are incurred by you or
by any third party in connection with
or relating in any manner whatsoever
to your use of the React™. By using
the React™, you hereby agree at all
times to comply fully with all safety
warnings, operating instructions and
general safety information in this User
Manual. By using the React™, you
further agree to hold harmless Limit-
less, (and Limitless’ ocers, directors,
shareholders and employees) in
connection with any losses sustained
by you (including, without limitation,
losses arising in whole or in part from
property damage, personal injury or
loss of life) relating in any manner
whatsoever to your use of the React™.

The React™ is NOT a toy and
should be kept away from children.
Do NOT use the Window Glass
Breaker or Seat Belt Cutter unless
in immediate danger.
The Window Glass Breaker is
designed to break tempered glass
only, NOT a windshield, laminated
glass, or paned glass.
Do NOT use the Seat Belt Cutter
on any surface other than a seat
belt. Only use the Seat Belt Cutter
in an emergency.
Do NOT attempt to modify,
disassemble, or repair the React™
or any of its features including,
but not limited to, the Window
Glass Breaker and Seat Belt Cutter.
Doing so will void the warranty.
Do NOT expose the React™ to fire
or extreme temperatures. Exposure
to fire or temperatures above
212°F may cause an explosion.
Do NOT leave the React™ on the
dashboard, car seat, or in direct
sunlight for extended periods of
time. This will expose the React™
to extreme temperatures and may
cause damage to the internal battery.
Do NOT expose the React™ to
extreme heat, moisture, water, rain,
or snow.
Do NOT use the React™ if it has
been damaged and/or modified.
Do NOT stick foreign objects in
any port or opening of the React™.
Doing so may cause electric shock.
Do NOT force a connector into a
port of the React™. Always check
for obstructions in the port.
Do NOT clean the React™ with
harsh chemicals and keep it away
from liquids.
Do NOT paint or apply coatings
to the React™, as you might aect
moving parts or damage internal
components.
Do NOT use third party power
supplies or non-approved adapters
with the React™.
Do NOT leave the Car Charger
plugged in when not in use. Doing
so may drain the vehicle battery.
Batteries should be recycled or
disposed of, as per state and local
guidelines.
If this device is accessible to or
may be used by a minor,
purchasing adult agrees to be
solely responsible for providing
supervision, instruction, and
warnings. Purchaser agrees to
defend, indemnify, and hold
Limitless harmless for any claims
or damages arising from unintended
use or misuse by a minor.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Using the Car Charger
1. Insert Car Charger into the
12-24V vehicle power socket.
*Refer to vehicle’s owner manual
for location.
2. The Battery Capacity Indicator
Lights will illuminate if properly
connected and ready to use.
3. Plug a USB chargeable device
into the USB Charging Port
(Output) via USB Cable.
Using the Power Bank
1. Turn on the Power Bank via the
Power Button located on the
side of the React™.
2. Plug a USB chargeable device
into the USB Charging Port
(Output) via USB Cable.
Checking the Battery Capacity
1. Press the Power Button once to
view the Battery Capacity
Indicator Lights.
2. See chart below to determine the
approximate Battery Capacity:

Re-charge the Power Bank when;
a. There is only one Battery
Capacity Indicator Light
illuminated.
b. There are no Battery Capacity
Indicator Lights illuminated
after pressing the Power Button.
Re-Charging the Power Bank
a. Insert the Car Charger into a
12-24 vehicle power socket.
All four Battery Capacity
Indicator Lights will illuminate
when fully charged.
b. Use the included Micro USB
Charging Cable to connect the
React™ to a USB charging port
(not included).
Using the Flashlight
1. Press and hold the Power Button
located on the side of the React
for approximately 3 seconds to
turn on the Flashlight.
2. Single click the Power Button
to scan through the Flashlight
modes; Low (default), High,
and Red Flashing.
3. Press and hold the Power Button
for approximately 3 seconds
to turn o the Flashlight.
Using the S.O.S. Audible Alarm
1. Slide the S.O.S. Power Switch
located on the side of the
React™ to activate the Alarm.
2. Slide the S.O.S. Power Switch
back to the original position to
deactivate the Alarm.
