HOW TO USE
1. Put the plug into the power;
2. According to the thickness of bags, adjust the sealing timer to 1-8; and level 3 is
enough for most bags;
3. Impulse the press part for sealing;
4. When the signal light is off automatically, keeping the handle pressed down for a few
seconds would get optimal results.
MOST IMPORTANT
• The impulse sealer with the patent of overheating protect function, is a perfect sealer
to seal Kel-F, Mylar, Polyflex, P.V.A., Polyethylene, Polyurethane, Polyvinylchloride,
Polypropylene, Pliofilm, Tivac, Saran and all other heat sealable materials.
• Level 3 is enough for most applications.
• The red light is not predictable when plug into the power. It is only predictable when
keep the handle pressed down on bottom. This is a protection for sealer or it will burn
out after several uses.
• When seal is done, the red light will go off. Don't release the handle at once and keep
the handle pressed down for a few seconds to get optimal results.
• Replacements should be replaced when PTFE(cloth) appears warn, discolored or
sealing isn't perfect.
• When changing the replacemens, if use a vise to less-angle the hook whose one side
of heat seal strip, and reattach the heat strip, that would be better for next sealing.
• The device has the patent of overheating protect function: if the sealer does not work
after a period of time, it means the transformer has been in the overheating protect,
please reuse the sealer after 10-20 mins rest.
