Apply grease to the stem bottom and insert into the steerer tube until the minimum insertion line is not visible.
Ensure no cables are pinched, then tighten the stem with a 6mm Allen wrench to 20-23Nm.
Unthread rear dropout bolts, center brace, and thread bolts back into dropouts using 4mm wrench. Torque: 4-5Nm.
Unscrew brake nut, slide brake bolt through fender flange, and lightly tighten.

Loosen axle nuts, seat axle in dropouts, and tighten nuts to 30-45Nm.
Flip up the brake quick release if the wheel cannot pass the brakes.
Loosen stem bolt, level handlebars, and re-tighten to 16-22Nm.
Loosen brake lever bolt, set levers to 30-45° downward angle, and re-tighten to 6-8Nm.

Check saddle level (D); loosen clamp to adjust and re-tighten to 20-27Nm if needed.
Twist the grip shifter (A) to the middle position (2nd gear) on the handlebar.
Check the shifter box on the rear wheel for a yellow indicator line aligning with two arrows.
If adjustment is needed, unthread the black lock-nut (B) 1-2 turns using a multi-size wrench.
Turn barrel adjuster (C) to move indicator line. Tighten lock-nut once aligned.
For Grip Shift, twist the grip shifter (A) to the fourth gear position on the handlebar.
For Trigger Shift, push levers (A) inward to change gear to fourth position indicated in shifter window.
Look at the shifter box (A) on the drive side of the rear wheel for two yellow indicator lines (B).
For Grip Shift, turn barrel adjuster (A) to align yellow indicator lines on shifter box.
For Trigger Shift, turn barrel adjuster (B) to align yellow indicator lines on shifter box.
Unthread 4mm bolts from seat stays and dropouts. Thread bolts through rack braces and tighten completely. Torque: 3-5Nm.
Clamp white reflector on stem/handlebar, tighten, and adjust lens perpendicular to the road.
Check tire sidewalls for size and recommended inflation (e.g., 65-85 PSI). Check pressure before each ride.
