Preparation
1. If the measurement between the front jacks is less than
58”, use kit #191024.
2. Make sure to park the trailer on solid, level ground.
3. Clear all jack landing locations of debris and
obstructions.
4. Locations should be free of depressions.
5. When parking trailer on extremely soft surfaces, utilize
load distribution pads under each jack.
6. People and pets should be clear of trailer while
operating leveling system.
7. Under the front half of the chassis, locate a cross-
6”-18” from the front of the electric leveling jacks.
8. At the rear of the chassis, locate a cross-member that is
behind the rear jacks 6”-18”.
NOTE: If unable to locate a suitable mounting location at the
front or rear of chassis, contact the Lippert Customer Care
Center.

• Felt-tip black marker
• Hammer
• Center punch
• Cordless or electric drill or
screw gun
• ⁄” drill bit (for pilot holes)
• ⁄” drill bit

• ½” “Uni-bit,” or step bit,
preferred standard ½”
drill bit acceptable
• Countersink bit (for
deburring)

ratchet
• ⁄” box end wrench
• ⁄” box end wrench
• ⁄” box end wrench
• Locking pliers
• 3”-4” C-Clamp
• White grease
• Safety glasses
• Face shield
• Squeegee

Front Jack Installation
Side to Side Bracket Install
1. At the front of the chassis, measure the inside distance
between the front electric leveling jacks just below the
frame of the chassis.
A. If the measurement between front electric jacks is:
• 58” to 66”.
• The chassis is insulated and has a center compartment
• Proceed to Option 1.
B. If the measurement between the front jacks is:
• 58” to 66”.
• The chassis is uninsulated with a C-Channel cross-
member.
• Proceed to Option 2.
C. If the measurement between the front jacks is:
• 66” or longer.
• The chassis is uninsulated with a C-Channel cross-
member.
• Proceed to Option 3.
D. If the measurement between the front jacks is
• 66” or longer.
• The chassis is insulated and has a center compartment
• Proceed to Option 4.
E. If the measurement between the front jacks is:
• 66” or longer.
• The chassis is insulated and the cross-member is
constructed of tubular steel.
• Proceed to Option 5.
