Thanks for purchasing the solid fuel burner; correct installation and care ensure many years of service. Placement and clearance are key safety aspects.
Burner guaranteed for 5 years in a dwelling, 2 years in a motorhome. Excludes knobs, glass, misuse, neglect, and driftwood rust.
Ensure ventilation during first use as paint bakes off, releasing fumes. Light during the day with windows open.
Made from heavy gauge mild steel with stainless steel vents. Uses Heat Resistant Matt Black Metallic paint. Designed for wood only.
The burner's top surface serves as an ideal cook top for kettles and saucepans.
Clean cook top after use, polish stainless parts, use stove polish, check flue, empty ash, and clean flue as needed.
Vents must be fully closed when moving the home. Top Air Damper should be open when lighting or opening the door.
Start fire normally. Use bottom vent for initial draw, then control rate with top vent. Do not use driftwood due to salt content.
Ensure ventilation, be careful of heat, keep combustibles away, ensure dry fuel, keep children away, dispose of ash safely, do not use while moving.
