Assembly
1. Lay the carton flat on the floor and carefully cut open.
2. Lift carton so that the open side faces down and slide it up and o the bed. Place bed upside-down flat on the floor.
3. Remove and discard plastic bag. Put together the two pieces of the bed and align them flat on the floor.
4. Open all the parts boxes and cut the zip ties. Take out the mattress rail. Check that you have all the necessary parts according
to the parts list.
5. Corner leg assembly: Push screw through triangular brace piece from underneath.
Screw in the leg and tighten.
6. Center leg assembly: Place leg so that it bridges the 2 sections of the
bed. Note: It may be helpful to have another person squeeze both
pieces together so that screws may be tightened properly. Place gasket
on long screw. Screw leg into place with Allen wrench.
7. Connect the massage and the leg motor connectors to the
corresponding interfaces on the controller.
8. Connect the wire (on the bed) with the 3-pin plug to the DC
extension cable. Plug the other end of the DC cable into the
switch's power jack.
Connect the 8-wire plug of the AC power cable to the other
jack on the switch's power supply.
Connect the AC power cable to your nearby power outlet.
9. Insert batteries into the remote control. Press the first button.
If the motor begins to run, unplug the power supply and turn
the bed over to its right side-up position. If the motor does not
run, it needs to recode.
Coding method: Press and hold the black button of the
controller to light up the green light. Release when green
light flashes. Press and hold the first and third buttons of the
controller. Release them when blue backlight flashes.
10. Install the mattress rail at the foot of the bed.
