Troubleshooting
If you experience problems with your adjustable bed, please follow these steps:
Press any button on the remote control to see whether the blue backlight is bright. If it is dim or does not light, check the battery.
Check the green power indicator light on the switch. If it is not lighted, check the power outlet.
Check for loose wires or connectors. Press the black button on the remote control to see whether the green light turns on to confirm
that the controller is powered up.
If the USB charger does not charge properly, check if its blue backlight is on. If it is not, follow steps 2 and 3 above. If the blue light is on,
but your device is still not charging, check your cables and equipment.
