•Store the appliance away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
•Do not place your hand in the blender jug. The sharp blades may cause injury.
•Never insert any hard object or implement into the blender jug when it is
operating. This may cause damage to the appliance and personal injury.
•Do not place meat containing bones or fruits with large hard stones in the
blender jug.
•If the blender becomes clogged, switch o and unplug the mains cable from the
mains socket before cleaning the obstruction. Check carefully for damage.
•Do not use the appliance for any purpose not specied in this manual.
•The blender jug should only be used with the base unit provided.
•Ensure the base unit is switched o before removing the blender jug from the
base.
•This appliance is intended for indoor household use and similar applications
such as:
– farm houses and by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type
environment;
– bed and breakfast type environment;
– catering and similar non-retail applications.
•Make sure the unit is earthed properly during use. Use of any extension sockets
must have an earth connection.
