1. 滑鼠是否已開啟電源？
2. 接收器是否已牢固地插入電腦的 USB 連
接埠？
3. 如果接收器是連接到 USB 集線器，請嘗試
將其直接插入電腦上的連接埠。
4. 檢查滑鼠內的電池方向。若要檢查電池電
量，請關閉滑鼠電源，然後再開啟電源。
如果電池指示燈亮起紅燈，或者沒有任何
指示燈亮起，則請更換電池。
5. 嘗試在不同的表面上使用滑鼠。移開接收
器與滑鼠之間的任何金屬物體。
6. 嘗試將接收器移至更接近滑鼠的 USB 連
接埠。
