PREPARATION OF PREMISESAND MACHINE INSTALLATION
The room in which the machine will be installed, like the various existing system,
must comply with current local regulations and technical specifications.
Position the machine in a dry well-ventilated place in compliance with the local
technical-health regulation. In particular:
Avoid positioning the machine near sources of heat (radiator, ovens, burners,
etc.) or draughts. If this is not possible, the following minimum distances must
be observed: 50 cm from coal or oil cooker and 50 cm from electric/gas
cooker.
To avoid the risk of food spoiling due to poor refrigeration, do not expose the
machine to direct sunlight.
Make sure that the machine ventilation apertures are not covered.
For flush installation, leave at least 5 cm between the back grille and the wall.
Carefully unpack the machine, removing the main cardboard box and then all the
packaging protection materials.
Once you have removed the packaging, check that the machine is in perfect
condition, and notify the manufacturer or authorised dealer of any damage found
within 48 hours from receipt of the goods.
For installation of the machine, take account of the data given on the identification
plate and the overall dimension (see chapter n°5 n°6).
A free space of approximately 50cm must be left around the machine for operation
and maintenance.
You are strictly forbidden to use the machine, in place, where there is the danger of
explosion or fire due to the presence or development of dust, gas or explosive or
flammable mixtures.
The packaging materials must be disposed of in compliance with current local
regulation concerning industrial and special waste.
