FOOD HIGIENE AND CLEANING
Before carry out any cleaning operation , disconnect the electronic thermo regulator,
turn the main switch off, and unplug the unit from the socket interlocked with switch.
One a day
Clean the machine parts using a cloth soaked in warm water and neutral
detergent; never use abrasive powder or detergents that could damage the
system internally or externally, especially the glass.
Rinse and dry with a soft cloth.
Once every 15 days
Clean the refrigerator unit condenser with a brush or vacuum cleaner (to clean
the condenser, open the protection grille “unscrew” below the control
panel).See Fig.12
