Connect the modem to USB and understand the function of OH and DATA LEDs.
Manage the Found New Hardware Wizard and initiate driver installation from CD.
Select the appropriate OS driver and observe the device installation progress.
Respond to wizard prompts by clicking OK and Continue Anyway.
Complete the driver installation process by confirming completion.
Start the connection creation process via Control Panel/Network Connections.
Choose to connect to the Internet and set up the connection manually.
Select 'Connect using a dial-up modem' and input ISP name.
Enter account details and finish the connection setup wizard.
Initiate the dial-up connection to access the Internet.
