Overview

The Lorelli Dream Time baby rocker is a versatile portable article designed for infant use, functioning as a cradle, a hand-basket, and an eating chair. It is equipped with a canopy to protect the child from direct sunlight, making it suitable for outdoor activities.

Function Description:

  • Cradle Function: The rocking chair can be manually swung, and the swing range is adjustable to suit different needs. The backrest offers three positions: seating, leaning halfway down, and lying. When adjusting the backrest, it is crucial to ensure both mechanisms are securely locked in the chosen position.
  • Hand-Basket Function: When the feeding tray is positioned as shown in picture 4a of the manual, the rocker can be used as a hand-basket.
  • Eating Chair Function: The product includes a feeding tray and can be used as an eating chair when the brackets are fixed.

Important Technical Specifications:

  • Maximum Weight: The reclined cradle is intended for children up to a maximum weight of 9 kg.
  • Safety Standards: The product complies with EN 12790:2009 and EN 71 safety standards.

Usage Features:

  • Installation:
    1. Install the feeding tray onto the pipe of the metal construction as depicted in picture 1.
    2. Insert the curved pipe of the canopy into the plastic elements at the bottom of the rocking chair and secure it with bolts (picture 2).
  • Adjusting the Backrest: The backrest has three adjustable positions. To adjust, hold the adjusting mechanism with one hand, loosen it, and position the backrest as needed. It will automatically lock with a "click" sound (picture 3).
  • Adjusting the Feeding Tray: The feeding tray can be adjusted to two positions. Press the adjusting buttons located on both sides of the feeding tray (picture 4c) and ensure it is locked securely.
  • Fixation of the Rocking Chair: The rocking chair can be fixed in place when the brackets are positioned as shown in picture 5.
  • Installation and Removal of the Toy Bar:
    • Installation: Insert the base of the toy into the corresponding hole on the feeding tray (fig.1). Ensure the cylindrical object on the bottom side of the base is securely in the hole, as shown in fig.2.
    • Removal: Push the cylindrical object on the bottom side of the toy out of the hole in the base of the feeding tray.

Safety Requirements (Warnings):

  • Never leave the child unattended.
  • Do not use the reclined cradle once the child can sit unaided.
  • This reclined cradle is not intended for prolonged periods of sleeping.
  • It is dangerous to use this reclined cradle on an elevated surface, such as a table.
  • Always use the restraint system.
  • Never use the toy bar to carry the reclined cradle.
  • This reclined cradle does not replace a cot or a bed. If the child needs to sleep, they should be placed in a suitable cot or bed.
  • Do not use the reclined cradle if any components are broken or missing.
  • Do not use accessories or replacement parts other than those approved by the manufacturer.
  • The toy bar is an additional article and must be installed by an adult. Keep the removed toy bar in a safe place.
  • Do not attach any additional toys to the toy bar. Do not replace the toy bar. Do not bind the toys together. Remove toys while the child sleeps.
  • Place the rocker on horizontal and even surfaces.
  • When adjusting the backrest or feeding tray, ensure both mechanisms are well locked.
  • Do not use the rocker as a car seat, as this is not its function.
  • Do not leave the rocker near a switched-on fan, heat sources, sharp objects, or water containers.
  • Use the handles when carrying the rocker.

Maintenance Features:

  • Cover Cleaning: The rocker's cover can be washed in a washing machine at a temperature not exceeding 40°C.
  • Metal and Plastic Parts Cleaning: Metal and plastic parts can be cleaned with lukewarm water and a mild soap detergent.
