2. Copies of supplementary manuals

Please read and understand thoroughly all manuals and information provided. If in doubt consult Lotus Motorsport.
FACTORY SHAKEDOWN TEST
Your car will have undergone a shakedown test at Lotus, Hethel. This is an installation process to ensure that all systems
operate correctly and that any faults can be detected and rectified prior to delivery.
The car will be run and delivered with the factory set up sheet settings, these are intended as a base setting only.
The shakedown test does not measure lap times or confirm that maximum performance has been achieved as engine
revs will be limited as part of the running in procedure.
It does not constitute a running in test, and brake discs and pads will not have been bedded in or tyres scrubbed as a
result. Please see separate sections for advice on this if required.
If a paddle shift system is fitted this will also have been calibrated and checked for correct operation to factory settings.
The shakedown test mileage can considered as part of the running in period.
SERVICE LIFE
A detailed service life documents has been generated for the 3-Eleven. It is based on the “normal Sprint type duty cycle”
as described above.
Severe or heavier use will reduce the service limits of all components.
Lack of regular maintenance use will reduce the service limits of all components.
