Direction Indicators

Short flash: Move the stalk up or
down until resistance is felt and
release. The indicator lamps will
flash three times*.

Continuous flash: Move the stalk
up or down past the resistance
point to its end position, the stalk
will remain in this position.
The corresponding symbols
illuminate in the driver’s display
screen during operating.
The stalk will remain in position until
moved back manually, or automatically
by movement of the steering wheel.
*If the function is deactivated via the
centre display, the lamps will flash
once, see page 153.
Trip A Reset
Pressing the reset button on the
end of the light switch will reset all
information stored in the trip A, trip
meter (trip distance, average fuel
consumption and average speed). A
notification message will briefly appear
in the driver’s display showing that trip
meter 1 has been reset.
