14.2.4 Action when I/O Module does not work normally
Here describes the action procedure when I/O Module does not work normally during operation, as shown
on the program example below.
When I/O module does not work normally
Monitor SOL1 state by
XG5000.
Is output LED of SOL1
ON ?
No
Change the connector of
terminal block.
Measure SOL1 terminal
voltage by the tester.
Make the correct wiring.
Yes
Is the measured
value normal ?
Is the output wiring
correct ?
Is the
contact state of
terminal block connector
good ?
Is it normal ?
After removing the external
wiring, check the transmission
state of module output
Is it normal ?
Check the output device
(SOL1) state
.
Change the output module.
