Instructions
1. Remove Element Touch Lamp
from carton.
2. Place unit on a sturdy, leveled
surface.
3. Attach Adaptor jack (B) to
Element Touch Lamp base (A)
and plug into power outlet.
4. Touch lamp to operate ON/OFF.
Caution
1. Never operate this
appliance if it has a
damaged cord, plug or
cable.
2. Use the provided adaptor
only.
3. Keep cord away from heated
areas.
