Push the button, lean against the backrest, and it will release automatically.
Lean back to the desired angle, then push the button to lock it.
Sit down, pull the lever up, and release at the desired height to lock.
Stand up, pull the lever up, and release at the desired height to lock.
Take weight off the backrest and turn the adjustment mechanism clockwise.
Take weight off the backrest and turn the adjustment mechanism counter-clockwise.
