TYPICAL PPS2 GREASE FITTINGS (REAR)
Steering and Front Suspension
Condition
Visually inspect steering and front sus-
pension for tightness of components
(steering arms, control arms and links,
tie rods, ball joints, ski bolts, ski legs,
etc.). If necessary, contact an autho-
rized Lynx dealer.
Skis
Wear and Condition of Skis and
Runners
Check the condition of the skis and ski
runner carbides. If worn, contact an
authorized Lynx dealer.
WARNING
Excessively worn skis and/or ski
runners will adversely affect snow-
mobile control.
Fuses
Fuse Inspection
The electrical system is protected with
fuses, the fuse holders are located in
the engine compartment.
Check fuse condition and replace it if
necessary.
To remove fuse from holder, pull fuse
out. Check if filament is melted.

CAUTION Do not use a higher
rated fuse as this can cause severe
damage to electrical components
and/or be a potential fire.
WARNING
If fuse has burnt out, s ource of mal-
function should be determined
and corrected before restarting.
