Position the grommet over the retain-
ing rod. It may be necessary to slightly
lift the console to make room.

Position rear portion of the drive belt
guard over the retainer and sec ure it
using the retaining pin.
NOTE: The drive belt guard is pur-
posely m ade slightly oversize to main-
tain tension on its pins and retainers
preventing undue noise and vibra-
tion. It is important that this tension
be maintained when reinstalling.
