- Standardized Design: Products and components are standardized for matching with actual applications.
- Versatile Material Use: Can be widely used with aluminum alloy, stainless steel, low carbon steel, non-ferrous metals, and many other materials.
- Multiple Welding Methods: Supports argon arc welding, laser welding, and other welding methods.
- Automation and Robotics: Applicable to manual, automated welding processes, and robotic applications.
The control panel allows for setting various parameters, including:
- Wire feeding speed selection.
- Delay wire feeding time selection.
- Wire feeding back time selection.
- Selection between pulsed wire feeding mode or continuous wire feeding mode.
- Pulsed wire feeding mode operation work cycle wire feeding time selection.
- Pulsed wire feeding mode operation work cycle feeding pause time selection.
The machine has three working states: standby, parameter setting, and running. Upon powering on, it enters the standby state. Parameters can be set and saved to EEPROM, ensuring they are not lost after power off. The "Run" button initiates the wire feeding operation, while the "Stop" button halts it and returns to standby. Manual feed and manual withdraw functions are also available.

Usage Features:
The WF-007A is designed for ease of installation and operation.
- Component Connection: The guide tube is inserted into the front end of the round wire feeding mechanism and secured with a radial bolt. The wire filling gun connects to the wire feeding machine by screwing the six hexagon nuts of the imported wire filling gun end onto the wire guide tube. The wire filling gun is then connected to a fixed bracket.
- Wire Installation: The wire disc is hung on the wire feeding machine wheel shaft. The wire is threaded through the wire feeding wheel, ensuring the wheel matches the wire diameter. A touch switch sends the wire out the guide wire mouth, through the imported wire feeding tube, and into the wire feeding mechanism. The wire filling gun nozzle is opened, and the wire is fed through it, then reinstalled on the barrel.
- Welding Gun Connection: The wire filling gun is fixed on the welding gun using a bracket, and the wire feeding angle is adjusted to align with the molten pool. The argon arc welding arc starting signal line is connected to the wire filling machine's arc signal input end, and the cold wire filling machine's arc signal output line is connected to the welding arc signal input end.
- Parameter Adjustment: The control panel allows for easy adjustment of wire feed speed, delay times, and pulse settings using "+" and "-" keys. Parameters can be saved to EEPROM for future use.
- Safety Rules: Emphasizes critical safety procedures to prevent personal injury or death, including avoiding live parts, working in dry environments, wearing insulating gloves and protective clothing, cutting off power during maintenance, proper grounding, avoiding old or damaged cables, keeping cables away from the body, and not contacting the torch electrode and grounded objects simultaneously. It also highlights protection against smoke and gas harm through ventilation and respiratory protection, and careful handling of compressed gas cylinders to prevent overheating, mechanical shock, and arc damage. Protection against arc damage to eyes and skin, and noise damage to hearing, is also stressed through the use of appropriate filters on helmets and protective screens. Fire and burn prevention measures include wearing eye protection, cooling workpieces, avoiding flammable materials, and having fire extinguishers nearby. Special protection cases involve handling containers and materials that have contained dangerous goods, and avoiding welding painted or electroplated workpieces without proper ventilation. It also warns against welding affecting pacemakers and emphasizes adequate maintenance of equipment by qualified personnel.
Maintenance Features:
The manual provides a fault diagnosis and treatment table to assist in troubleshooting common issues, along with daily maintenance guidelines.
- Fault Diagnosis: The table covers various fault phenomena such as boot power indicator not shining, wire feeding motor not stopping, wire speed instability, no delay wire, no back spinning, no pulse feeding, and wire feeding not smooth. For each fault, potential causes (e.g., power line fault, transformer bad, wire feeding tube knot, damaged circuit board) and corrective measures (e.g., replacing components, adjusting settings, cleaning) are provided.
- Daily Maintenance:
- Store the wire filling machine in a cool, dry place, away from dust, when not in use.
- Avoid placing other items on the machine to prevent damage.
- Before installing a new wire plate, blow compressed air through the feeding tube to remove impurities.
- Replace the wire pipe if the guide tube shows serious deformation, bending, or wear.
- Regularly inspect and replace the wire driven motor brush; wear length should not exceed 6mm.
