ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1 Tool Needed: Phillips® #3 Screwdriver & 10mm Combo Wrench

This re-uses your carts hardware. It does not come with an additional

RSSCPHK bolt kit.

Step 2 Tool Needed: Phillips® #3 Screwdriver & 10mm Combo Wrench

Place a washer (#5) onto the round head bolt (#3) and insert into the outer side of the

side shelf (#24) and into the front aligned bolt hole of the top shelf (#1) and leg (#2).

Place a washer (#5), split washer (#4) and then hex nut (#6) onto the bolt assembly

and tighten but do not torque.

Step 3 Tool Needed: Phillips® #3 Screwdriver & 10mm Combo Wrench

Remove the rear top bolt assembly (#3, #4, #5, #6).

Step 4 Tool Needed: Phillips® #3 Screwdriver & 10mm Combo Wrench

Place a washer (#5) onto the round head bolt (#3) and insert into the outer side of the

side shelf (#24) and into the rear aligned bolt hole of the top shelf (#1) and leg (#2).

Place a washer (#5), split washer (#4) and then hex nut (#6) onto the bolt assembly

and tighten.

Step 5 Tool Needed: Phillips® #3 Screwdriver & 10mm Combo Wrench

Torque front and rear top bolt assemblies to 5ft-lbs.
