      If your madebyzen Accessories unit isn't switching on, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the reservoir is filled to the Max Water Level, but avoid overfilling. If the indicator light flashes red, the unit is charging; connect the USB cable to a 5V/2A power source using the provided cable. Also, check the power cable connection by disconnecting and reconnecting it properly, watching for the red charging light.

      Reduced mist volume or no mist from your madebyzen Accessories could stem from several causes. Ensure the water level is above the water level sensor by refilling the tank, without exceeding the max line. If you've overfilled, pour out excess water away from the vent. Mineral or oil buildup on the ceramic disc can also impede mist production; clean it gently with water and a cloth. Finally, a blocked mist outlet can be the culprit; clean the inside of the cover thoroughly with water.
