Console for desk top xation
For convenient storage and use of the device, the set includes a
console (I/ Fig.1) for desk top storage of all blender parts. Before
the installation, make sure that the selected place is far from the
sources of heat, open re, water and beyond the access of children.
Place the assembled chopper on the table. Place the console on
the top of the cover. Then install the electric drive on the console in
the center, place the blender and wire whisk on both sides.
Examples of cooking dishes
Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
200-250 ml of vegetable oil
1 egg (yolk and white)
1 table spoon of lemon juice or vinegar
Salt, pepper to taste.
Place all ingredients in a glass in the above mentioned order.
Submerge the blender to the bottom of the glass. Switch on the
blender by pressing and holding the switch-on button, wait till
vegetable oil turns into emulsion. Then without switching off the
device slowly move the blender up and down until you get the
mayonnaise of desired consistence.
Cocktails from ice-cream
Using extra rich ice-cream and various syrups as ingredients you
can obtain the desired gamma of tastes for your cocktails.
Place 2 large scoops of ice-cream and 3 table spoons of chocolate
or strawberry syrup in the glass. Pour in ½ glasses of milk and
