How to fix low chlorine level in Magen eco-Energy PSC-5 Lighting Equipment?
- FfkimAug 18, 2025
If the chlorine level is low in your Magen eco-Energy Lighting Equipment, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure the system is turned on to the desired setting. If it is on, the output level might be set too low for the chlorination demand. Try setting the output bar to a higher setting and/or increase pump operation time. Also, check the salinity level and ensure it's adequate. Insufficient pump operation time can also lead to low chlorine; run the pump at least eight hours per day. Low stabilizer (Cyanuric Acid) levels can also cause this issue; the stabilizer should be 60-80 ppm. High phosphate levels can also interfere; reduce them to below 100 ppb. Finally, a chemical imbalance can affect chlorine levels, so check and balance your pool's chemicals.
