• For vehicles with power tailgate, the tailgate can be opened/
closed automatically by simple switch operation
• The power tailgate can be operated only when the gear
selector lever is in the P position. If the ignition is turned OFF,
then it can be operated regardless of the gear selector lever
position
Do not operate the power tailgate manually if at all possible. If it
needs to be operated manually because of malfunction, do not
apply excessive force to the power tailgate. The power tailgate
mechanism can be damaged
