Pre Work for Wheel Alignment Process:
Tyre pressure : Ensure correct tyre pressure before doing wheel alignment.
Position of bolts : Observe the intial positon of the camber/ castor bolts.
Sequence : refer below chart.
It is very important to torque all the camber/castor bolts to
200 Nm
.
Shock Absorber Projection Height 26.0 ± 1.0 mm.
Refer below sketch and photo to adjust Shock Absorber Projection Height. Use MST No.
0602BAA0001ST & refer Repair Manual for SOP.
Runout
Do the runout compensation
Camber
Adjust the camber setting by adjusting the front bolts
(refer sketch above)
Castor
Adjust the castor setting by adjusting the rear bolts (refer
sketch above)
Indivudal Toe
In
Set toe-in using the track rod ends.
Turning angle
Check the each wheel turning angle.
