2. Measure End gap with the help of Feeler Gauge. End Gap should be 0.2 mm to 0.4 mm.

Ring by ensuring Top mark on should be on Top side.
4. Measure the End Gap. It should be 0.4 mm to 0.6 mm.
5. Similarly put 3
rd
Ring by ensuring Top mark on should be on Top side and measure the End Gap.
It should be 0.25 mm to 0.50 mm.
Note: If End Gap is observed more than the specified value, then please replace Piston Rings as
a set.
