Assembly: -
1. Insert upper main bearing shell. Apply oil for initial lubrication.
Note: - Ensure bearing shell notch should be match with crankcase notch. Ensure thrust bearing should
be fitted on flywheel side.
2. Insert crankshaft assembly. Ensure timing marks should match with reference to mark available
on gears
3. Insert bottom bearing shell in cap. Ensure bearing shell notch should be match with crankcase
notch.
